Phase 5 Techniques Menu

Most of these "techniques" are from Dr. Pauls's original teaching. I call it a menu as only a selection can be adequately presented in any given 16-unit workshop. The Refleses are also included here. Though the Relflexes apply through all Phases they are often included, by tradition, in Phase 5 workshops.
