We take advantage of an aspect of Anatomy and Physiology seldom discussed: Ubiety; the whereness of the body. The place where you are holds place in you.
Even if I don’t see it again — nor ever feel it
I know it is — and that if once it hailed me
it ever does —
and so it is myself I want to turn in that direction
not as toward a place, but it was a tilting
as one turns a mirror to flash the light to where
it isn’t — I was blinded like that — and swam
in what shone at me
only able to endure it by being no one and so
specifically myself I thought I’d die
from being loved like that.
Sense of Well Being is a subtle sense and seldom listed. It is certainly not considered one of the Big Five of the special senses (and there are actually 7 or 8 or more of these (experts don't agree how many).
We explore the power of place, the poetics of space. Amazing things happen simply by orienting yourself within the field, staying with the trouble rather than avoid or run away.
Adventures in minimalism using quatities of orientation, Position and Preference, their influence on Well-Being, bringing this subtle sense into awareness. Set your internal compass, Well-Being you Polaris.

Tuning to your sense of Well Being.
I'm searching for an image, a picture that would represent my ideal place to hold these workshops. Some place in the midwest USA. A pleasnt just-so day. No wind. Overcast so never quite know where the sun is. Or is the best a patch of woods or forest similarly suited. But It's worked just fine in some of the outbacks of Australia. Near to or far from large bodies of water. I've had a personal little miracle from it practiced in a jetliner at 30,000 feet over the Pacific. What space you we have will be ideal because part of what we do is make it so. We can play with or without massage tables, indoors or our of doors.
The vision is for Ongoingness; Life continuing on . . . .
I am I and my circumstance; and, if I do not save it, I do not save myself.
—JOSÉ ORTEGA Y GASSET
Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly. For some strange reason I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. And you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be––this is the interrelated structure of reality.
